Our team had the pleasure of working with the PERFORM team to develop its technological ecosystem. The Sectorial Committeein the industrial metal fabrication sector wanted to improve its digital visibility, modernise its image and improve its business processes. 

As a first step, we analysed the CSMO's existing technological ecosystem and proposed an appropriate digital transformation strategy. We recommended the implementation of Yapla to automate the management of members and events, and the creation of a new website. The site was redesigned with a modern feel, offering users a user-friendly experience and making it easier to find key information. 

We also redesigned PERFORM's graphic charter to convey a professional image that reflects the dynamism of the sector it represents.
