We teamed up with the Association québécoise des orthophonistes et audiologistes (AQOA) to help optimize its internal processes, mobilize its members and promote the professions of speech-language pathology and audiology.
Optimizing business processes
The first objective of the project was to simplify and automate AQOA's business processes to reduce the time spent on data management and to obtain real-time operational data. The team wanted to manage its membership more efficiently, offer online services to its members, and consolidate the management and use of its associative data in one technological solution.
Web development
We took the opportunity to incorporate this optimization approach within an integrated vision of the organization’s digital presence. We therefore included a Website evolution to seamlessly integrate Yapla services and optimize user experience. A better user experience will contribute to the achievement of business objectives, while limiting technological fragmentation.
Brand territory
It was essential to update the brand territory to contribute to the organization’s reputation and to act on the feeling of pride and belonging to the Association. We therefore proposed a new, modern and streamlined graphic framework that would enhance the value of the AQOA in order to attract, satisfy and retain its various stakeholders.
