The Eva Marsden Center and the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal called on our team to guide the strategic deployment of an ambitious project that aims to bridge the gap between the social sector and the health care system. Inspired by the concept of Social Prescription, Clic Social provides healthcare professionals with an online directory that allows them to prescribe to vulnerable people services offered by non-medical community resources available in their region.

 

Our role was to support the organization in a complete strategic positioning exercise which included the development of the brand image and the identification of a brand name allowing to position this initiative with strength in the Quebec healthcare ecosystem. It is therefore under the name Clic Social that this project will be promoted and integrated into the range of tools available to healthcare professionals to ensure a better continuum of care to vulnerable people.

 

The project also included actions and consulting aimed at managing the database more efficiently and simplifying its maintenance. To do this, the Yapla solution was integrated into the project by Riposte. The integration of the new brand image on the website was carried out by the agency PF communications.
