The Montreal Clinical Research Institute, the IRCM, is a unique research centre in the Quebec research ecosystem that aims to better understand, diagnose, and treat diseases such as diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and hypertension.
To mobilize its various target audiences and reinvigorate its marketing and communications efforts, the IRCM called on Riposte. Our team proposed a positioning exercise to better define the IRCM’s brand and meet its many objectives: increase its visibility, mobilize its various partners, highlight its researchers and the impact of their work, and rally donors around the IRCM Foundation.
The result is a distinctive and unifying slogan, which emphasizes the very foundations of the Institute: the IRCM, Driven by life, life being at the heart of its mission. Positioning took shape through the evolution of the brand image and the various communications tools of the IRCM and the IRCM Foundation, including its digital spaces and graphic signatures. Riposte also assisted the IRCM in its technological decisions to simplify the day-to-day management of its digital communications and performance initiatives.
Riposte optimized Yapla’s technology to design easily modifiable pages for each researcher, allowing them to showcase their unique expertise and update their content without technical expertise.
On the eve of the launch of its major fundraising campaign, Riposte also supported the IRCM Foundation in setting up a new digital universe which allowed them to boost their communications and attract a greater number of donors and partners.
